By accessing or using SplitKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SplitKit is a mobile application designed to help users track and split group travel expenses. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPLITKIT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹1,000 (ONE THOUSAND RUPEES).
You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter into the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SplitKit and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
